08/02/2021 - Official Player Development Membership - York, PA Noah is a SS/RHP who will graduate high school in 2028. A young/developing player who has plenty of time/room to add to frame. At SS, he starts with active feet and good effort/energy. Creates good fielding angles as he works from right to left. Fields from a square fielding position with his hands out front. On-line throws from a high 3/4 arm slot, with short arm action, and an arm velocity of 66mph across diamond. On the mound, Noah has a simple/repeatable delivery. He gathers over the rubber and separates his hands on time. Throws a FB that sits 57-60mph and a changeup he throws with FB arm speed. Showed good feel for his CH. A left-handed hitter, he hits from an athletic and open stance. Square glide step, with a small hand load, and good hip turn to contact point. Flat barrel path enables him to hit line drives to the pull side with a bat exit velocity of 68mph during BP. With continued growth and development, we foresee Noah having a bright future on the baseball field.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
