10/05/2021 - Official Player Development Membership - Ellicott City, MD Noah is a SS that graduates high school in 2028. In the field, he showed soft hands with a quick exchange and good arm strength across the infield. At the plate, Noah showcased a line drive approach, had a good bat path, and used his lower body well in his swing. With 3 years of development before high school, Noah will continue to grow and mature on the baseball field.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
