10/03/2021 - All-In Membership - Lakewood, CO Nolan is a SS who will graduate in 2022. Medium frame lean build with strength present and room to add throughout. In the infield, he starts with a good pre-pitch routine and has quick/active feet. He takes aggressive angles towards baseball with the ability to make routine plays. He fields from an athletic/low fielding position, with ability to pick out hops, and has a clean exchange. He made accurate/on-line throws from multiple arm slots, with a quick release, and an arm velocity up to 80mph across diamond. At the plate, he hits from a crouched and closed stance. Small hand load with knob to C and gets his elbow in slot. Gets good extension out front as he hit line drives to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 76mph during his round of BP. With another year of development, Nolan should have a bright future on the baseball diamond.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
