06/15/2013 - Omaha National World Series - Session 1 Harris showed as a 1B at the event. At the plate, he continues to shine, displaying outstanding bat speed and superior power through an athletic setup. Hands are quick, displaying plus bat speed through a level swing path. Barrel accuracy is a plus with the baseball exploding off the bat when centered. At the event, he was 8 for 15 with 2 2B, 3B, and 2 HR. In the infield, he displays proper footwork around the bag and is a quality receiver, displaying clean hands. Defensive abilities are well above average as he consistently showed the ability to pick balls out of the dirt. Throws are accurate, but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. Mental makeup is a plus as he works hard and is very coachable. PJ has a ton of potential and will catch he eyes of the collegiate coaches with his baseball abilities.
