01/12/2024 - 2024 Baseball Factory Pre-Season All-America Tournament Parker is a 2026 OF/LHP who showcased his talents at the BF Pre-Season All-America Tournament. Parker showed great athleticism in his measurables with a 6.44 sec 60-yard dash. In the outfield, he has effective footwork and is agile. He does a good job picking out hops and is aggressive to the baseball. He has a clean exchange and throws from a ¾ arm slot. Parker does a great job creating angles and flips his hips well. At the plate, he has a closed stance and fluid rhythm. He has great balance and a connected lower 1/2. He does a great job staying on-plane through the zone and made consistent contact. On the mound, he was very effective. He showcased a 3-pitch with a fastball that sat 84-85 mph with good run, a curveball that had late break, and a change-up that sat 75-77 mph that he was able to consistently throw in all counts. He had great mechanics and works downhill well. During the game, he picked up 10 strikeouts and didn’t allow a single hit. With a few years left of development, we expect Parker to continue to impress college scouts.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
