09/18/2024 - Arizona Junior Fall Classic (2026) Parker Reichart, a 2B/RHP who recently showcased his talents at the Arizona Junior Fall Classic, demonstrated strong capabilities both on the mound and in the field. On the hill, he clocked his fastball at 76 mph, complementing it with a 66 mph breaking ball and a 71 mph change-up. He had two solid outings, allowing only three hits throughout the week. His impressive pick-off move is a valuable asset that he should utilize more often to catch baserunners off guard. To elevate his game, working on a quicker pace will help maintain defensive support, especially when he might not have his best stuff. Defensively, his hands are exceptional, compensating for any limitations in range. Focusing on lateral movement drills, like agility ladder exercises, will further enhance his fielding abilities. At the plate, Reichart showed impressive consistency, collecting four hits over the weekend and driving in one run. His ability to stay inside the ball is commendable, and his low strikeout rate reflects his strong contact skills. With continued development, Parker is well on his way to making a significant impact in baseball!

04/28/2024 - National Showcase - Seattle, WA Parker is an athletic 2B/RHP in the class of 2026. He shows off a lean frame with room to continue to fill out. In the field, he does a good job of creating angles and working downhill to the baseball. His hands work with fluidity as he consistently finds the right hop. On the mound, he shows clean mechanics and uses his legs well. He delivers all 3 pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot. He does a good job repeating his delivery which helps him fill up the zone with strikes. He showed a good fastball that got up to 75mph as well as a breaking ball with good shape. At the plate, he hits from a tall and open stance. Consistently showed the ability to drive the ball into all parts of the field. Parker is a well-rounded, dual position, high school player that should have opportunities to play at the next level.

08/26/2023 - National Showcase - Spokane, WA Parker is a 2B/RHP prospect who will graduate in 2026. Medium frame lean build with some strength present. In the infield, he starts with a good prep step and quick feet. Works around baseball, with good direction towards target, and fields from an athletic fielding position. Has a long arm action in back, with ability to throw from multiple arm angles, and made on-line throws with an arm velocity up to 76mph. On the mound, he picks up his target early and throws with intent. Gathers over rubber and gets to a good balance position. Flashed a "heavy" FB that sat 69-70mph, a 10/4 shaped breaking ball, and a changeup he throws for strikes. CH was best pitch during his bullpen session. A right-handed hitter who hits from an athletic and open stance. He hits into a firm frontside and has a high finish. He hit line drives to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 77mph. With 3 years of continued growth and development, we foresee this 2-way prospect having opportunities to play at the next level.

01/13/2023 - 2023 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Parker is a 2026 2B/RHP who showcased his skills during the BF Rookie PSAA Tournament. At 2B, he works to center the ball and make routine plays. Does a good job of working from right to left as he keeps balls in front of him. He made accurate throws to first base from a high 3/4 arm slot with an arm velocity up to 70mph. On the mound, he is centered, with a relaxed leg lift, and works down the mound. He does a good of attacking the strike zone and pitches to contact. Attacks hitters with a FB topping out at 67mph, an 11/5 breaking ball, and a changeup he throws for strikes. At the plate, he sets up in an upright and open stance with high hands. Has a controlled load with activated hands. A compact swing enables him to hit balls to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 67mph during BP. Overall, Parker is a good player who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
