PJ is a projectable 2024 player (1B/LHP) who shines in a variety of ways on the diamond. At first, he showed off his soft hands and accurate arm. Not only did he impress in the IF, but he also showed his pop off a little with a 80mph exit velocity. His tall set up, activated load, and center balance would help him make hard contact in all of his rounds. PJ stepped on the mound and showed off his his fastball, topping out at 71mph. His breaking ball also showed well and will continue to develop. Overall, PJ is a solid 2-way prospect that projects at first but can certainly get it done on the mound, we are excited to see where this game takes him in the future.

He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. At 1B, feet are active as he shows proper footwork around the bag and is a quality receiver. Hands are clean but needs to present more out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. On the mound, fastball shows a range of 61-63 mph. Breaking ball displays 2/8 shape with gradual break. He maintains arm speed on his changeup with sinking action. Stock on the mound will continue to rise as he builds more arm strength through a long toss program. Mental makeup is a plus as he has a great personality, is very coachable and works hard to be the best player he can be.
