11/17/2019 - Interactive Video Program - Germantown (Memphis), TN Reid is a SS/RHP prospect who will graduate in 2026. In the field, Reid makes the routine plays and works to keep his throws accurate to his target. At the plate, this RHH sets up in a tall stance and produces solid line drives to all fields. On the mound, Reid gathers over the rubber and works inline towards the plate, finishing with a controlled landing. He shows a two pitch mix with his fastball topping out at 54mph. Breaking ball sits from 42-45mph with 11-5 break. Overall abilities can improve with work on the following.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
