06/22/2013 - Omaha National World Series - Session 2 Robert is a tall, thin, 2-way player who Pitches and plays SS. On the mound, Robert has a short arm action, a controlled balance point, and level shoulders. He keeps his eyes on target, he throws strikes, and his FB touches 83 MPH. Mound effectiveness can improve if Robert can separate more on time, lengthen his arm action, and finish in a better position. At SS, Robert has good lateral range, quick hands, and he throws with accuracy and carry to his target. A softer glove and fielding further out front will spike defensive numbers. At the plate, Robert has good balance, he keeps his head on the ball, and his swing is level. He makes consistent contact and gets good extension through the ball. If Robert can loosen his grip, shorten his load, and improve his timing, hitting can further improve.
