10/01/2014 - Arizona Freshman/Sophomore Fall Classic Sean is a talented two-way player - RHP/3B that will graduate in 2017. On the mound, he throws three pitches for strikes with fluid/free arm action and a repeatable delivery. He runs his fastball up to 84 MPH, spins his CB at 64-68, and flashes some feel for a CH at 72-74. Adding more consistency with his CH will deepen his arsenal and make him more effective and competitive. Defensively, he works with ready hands and a strong arm. He needs to bend more at his knees to get the glove further in front more consistently and to be able to use the lower to add velo to throw. Offensively, he can hit the ball with pop to both gaps and has more hit ability potential when he uses his hands & hips with added coordination. All in all - Sean has a big frame that he can condition to become a plus baseball frame and understands the game mentally.
