02/24/2018 - Mid Atlantic Regional Accelerated Pitching & Catching Weekend (Ages 14-18) Seth is a hard working and coachable RHP prospect that made several adjustments during the pitching and catching accelerated training weekend. On the bump, Seth gathers over the rubber, separates on time, and stays squared toward his target. He drives off the backside and has a good stride length. Continuing to follow through and finishing over the front knee will allow him to work the bottom half of the zone. Seth will continue to improve with experience and we hope to see his progress in the future.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
