06/06/2017 - 2017 Under Armour Showcase: Baseball Factory's National Texas
Treet continues to show as a prospect on the diamond. He is a pure catch and throw backstop who also will make an impact with the bat. Behind the dish, he presents a soft/sure mitt showing great pocket awareness sticking pitches. Quick lateral movements allow him to center/deaden pitches in the dirt off of a soft chest. Runners will not want to test his cannon for an arm (91 mph) with impressive pop times of 1.91. Offensively, he continues to shine as a switch hitter but projects as a LHH. He has athletic/smooth actions with fluid rhythm to load. He gets good hand separation and delivers the barrel with leverage - resulting in a barrel explosion (89 mph exit velocity) with the ball screaming off of his barrel. Treet has the makings of a special type player.

11/15/2012 - Baseball Factory Select Training & Competition at Pirate City
While at Pirate City Treet displayed a lot of physical ability as well as great intangibles. Behind the plate he has a good set up, good energy, soft hands and good body control. Also, Treet's receiving and blocking are very advanced for his age. He can be a little too narrow at times and he needs to tuck his chin (blocking)/track the ball and keep his feet square. At the plate he is very controlled, he tracks the ball well, has good rhythm, he gets good extension through the ball and he uses the entire field. He needs to be softer on his front side, keep his hips from drifting forward and be more direct to the ball. At Pirate City, Treet showed the athletic ability and character to be a standout player in the future.
