09/05/2010 - College PREP - Azusa, CA Trevor is a two-way player on the mound plus in the OF with a tall, athletic body that is well suited for his positions. Feet are active but needs to be more aggressive in taking proper routes / angles in working to get behind fly balls to play through with momentum to his target. He shows a low to high approach and plays through ground balls well with hands and feet working well together in getting rid of the baseball quickly as he through from an over the top arm slot. Throws flash carry and accuracy but must get on a long toss program to further develop more arm strength. Offensively, setup is solid and balanced with hands working through a long swing path as barrel gets out around the baseball. Power will continue to increase as he learns to utilize his lower half more efficiently, transferring weight. On the mound, fastball shows a range of 80-82 mph with slight sink. Split finger is best off speed pitch showing a plus feel for with downward action. Breaking ball and changeup need further development to be quality pitches at the next level. Trevor has abilities on the mound with a lot of room to improve.
