Foot speed is average as he will benefit by getting on a speed / agility program to improve foot quickness for the next level. Feet are active in working in line to his target as he maintains plus body control. Transfer / exchange is quick as his hands and feet work well together through the catch and throw process in getting rid of the baseball quickly. Pop times are in the range of 1.93-2.10 as he will control the running game with feet and arm. Receiving and blocking skills are near above average through a solid set up with both skills playing at the next level. Arm strength is near above average as he displays life, carry, and accuracy on his throws. At the plate, Albert has solid average abilities and power through a balanced approach. He works to keep hands inside the ball utilizing all fields with the baseball jumping off his bat when centered. Power numbers will continue to increase as he learns to utilize his lower half more efficiently through the swing. With 2 years to further develop, Tyler has the makings to be a solid defensive catcher with abilities at the plate and will get looks from the college coaches.
