Tyler continues to shine with his baseball abilities on the diamond. In the OF, feet are aggressive as he works to get behind ball and plays through with momentum to his target. He utilizes his quick feet well in covering a lot of ground. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a closed setup. Hands are quick (81 mph exit velocity) and work through a level swing path. He stays inside the ball, utilizing all fields through a line drive approach. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently.

Tyler is an OF prospect who continues to showcase his skills on the diamond. In the field, Tyler shows quick footwork and covers ground well. He gets into an athletic position and fields the ball out in front of his body. His exchange is clean and he works to keep his throws accurate to his target. Long tossing can help Tyler build up his arm strength. At the plate, this LHH sets up in an athletic stance and takes a square stride. He gets into his load and drives through well with his lower half. He works through a direct swing and produces strong line drives. Tyler can create more consistent contact by maintaining center balance throughout his swing. Overall, Tyler is a solid prospect who has the potential to further build upon his skills on the field.
07/10/2022 - Cape Cod Select Training & Competition (HS)
Tyler is a 2025 OF who showcased his skills at the Cape Cod Training and Competition. In the OF, he starts in an athletic position, with quick footwork, and showed ability to make routine plays. He fields from an athletic/low fielding position and tries to keep his feet moving throughout the fielding process. He made accurate throws through the cutoff man from a low 3/4 arm slot with an arm velocity up to 68mph. At the plate, he hits from an athletic and closed stance with loose hands. A quiet head and level eyes enable him to track pitches well. Has a controlled load and keeps his weight between his knees at contact. He sprayed balls to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 74mph during BP. With 3 years of continued growth and development, we foresee Tyler making huge strides on the baseball diamond.
12/27/2021 - Baseball Factory Christmas Camp & Tournament at Pirate City - Session 2
Tyler showed nice defensive upgrades during his time at Pirate City. He has athletic actions, a quick 1st step, and he fields in a low position. He tracks well, his hands are sure, and he throws with accuracy to his target. Defensive grade improved to 45 during the event. Offensively, Tyler stands in squarely and swings a level stick. Hitting numbers showed improvement to 35's.
07/25/2021 - All-In Membership - Frederick, MD
Tyler is an OF/3B prospect who will graduate in 2025. Medium frame thin build, with some strength present, and plenty of room/time to add throughout. In the OF, he showed ability to cover ground in all directions with active/efficient footwork. Tries to work behind ball, with 1 hand high catch, and tracks baseball to glove. Low fielding position, with a clean transfer, and a 3/4 arm slot. Creates momentum on his throws into infield with an arm velocity of 67mph. At 3B, showed a quick first step and an athletic fielding position. Quick arm and ability to throw from multiple arm slots. On-line throws, with a quick release, across the diamond. A left-handed hitter, he hits from an athletic and closed stance. Showed ability to hit ball where it is pitched, with quick hands, and good barrel control. Made square contact to all fields with a bat exit velocity of 67mph during his round of BP. 4 more years of continued growth and development, we foresee Tyler having a bright future on the baseball diamond.

Tyler is a lean 3B who will graduate in 2025. At 3B, he displays smooth / athletic actions. Feet are active as he works around balls and plays through with his body. Glove action is clean but needs to present more out front. Range will increase as he improves foot quickness. Throws are accurate but will benefit by building more arm strength through a long toss program. At the plate, he shows a closed setup. Hands are loose and work through a level swing path. He makes consistent contact through a line drive approach with power showing best to the pull side. Power will increase as he utilizes his lower half more efficiently. With 5 years to further develop, Tyler has potential with time and room to progress his game.
