01/19/2024 - 2024 Baseball Factory Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament Wrigley is a 2027 SS who showcased his talents at the BF Rookie Pre-Season All-America Tournament. At SS, he starts from a relaxed position and has smooth footwork. He gets into a low-athletic fielding position and presents his hands away from his body. He throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with good accuracy across the infield. Wrigley also showed good double play feeds and great knowledge for the game. At the plate, he starts from a square stance, has loose hands, and a simple load. He has a good rhythm, a smooth swing path, and good bat speed. During the game, he picked up several hits and showed his ability to hit the ball to all parts of the field. Wrigley has a lot of potential as he continues to grow and fill out and we expect to see great things in the future from him.

07/28/2023 - Baseball Factory National World Series at JRTC (MS) Wrigley is an exceptional SS in the 2027 class. He impressed scouts with his ability to play with energy and play numerous positions. In the field, he has a relaxed feel and plays with athleticism. He presents his glove well and his exchanges are clean. Arm plays at 76 velo and ball has life with accuracy. At the plate, he shows barrel whip and extension through the zone. Has gap power and the ability to reach base. Has a controlled rhythm and looks athletic in the box. Working to stay inside his feet will assist with pitch recognition. Overall, Wrigley is a team player, gets along with his teammate and works extremely hard at his craft.

Tool Grade Scale

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
