08/29/2021 - Official College Recruiting Membership - Augusta, NJ Zachary is an OF prospect who will graduate in 2022. Medium frame athletic build with strength to the build and room to develop. In the OF, shows good agility with quick/fluid footwork. Good 1st step reads enable him to flip hips and work behind/through the ball. Fields from a square fielding position with a clean gather off of left foot. Creates momentum to target, with accurate throws, and an arm velocity up to 72mph. A right-handed hitter, he hits from an athletic and closed stance. Quiet head and level eyes enable him to track pitches well. Good separation, with activated hands, and keeps barrel flat in zone for a long time. He sprayed balls to all fields with a bat exit velocity up to 81mph during his round of BP. With continued development, we foresee Zachary having a bright future on the baseball diamond.

Our main goals with the BF "10-70" Scouting Scale are to provide the player with a realistic evaluation of his "PRESENT" abilities (what he can do today), and to provide college coaches with information they can use to identify and/or compare potential recruits.

Tools are graded for all players and pitchers, regardless of age or graduation year. However, for High School players we use only grades 20-70 (grades 10-18 do not apply), while for Middle School players we use only grades 10-52 (grades 55-70 do not apply).
